X-Ray Scanning
X-ICAD offers the unique service of digitizing & archiving existing hardcopy x-ray’s into digital format with the aim to create a film-less environment. We provide both on- and off site scanning services & the distribution of images on external Hard drives which allows for large, flexible & extremely cost-effective archiving. This medium also serves as an additional back-up of data which can be imported into the clients current digital system. This allows you to have all your archived x-ray images secure, safe and at your fingertips.Document Capture
Our digital document solutions supplies a range of document and information management solutions offering scanning, indexing, archiving, and document workflow. Our scanning service caters for all clients, from high volume/low cost to small volume/bespoke contracts. Our experience in the Occupational Health Industry means we can meet our clients individual indexing needs. Even if you intend to keep your paper documents, it's not a bad idea to have backup digital copies in case of fire or other disaster.Off-Site Storage
X-ICAD Systems off-site storage facility, offers storage of all medical and/or other records with easy access to your information, while ensuring high levels of security are maintained at all times. Storage fees are calculated cost effectively and queries are resolved within 24 hours upon an official request for medical surveillance and/or other records. All data and information is kept confidential, collected, placed in boxes and sealed in the company of an authorized staff member of our esteemed clients. A database is created with allocated physical references of each Patient Data stored in a Polyethylene archive bag. A copy of the database is forwarded to the client for easy retrieval of records.In no event will data be distributed or destroyed, unless duly authorized by the client in writing.
